Fred Astaire will Dance His Way into your Heart!!

Visit Animals in Distress at 238 Danbury Road on Saturdays or by appointment and meet this Gentle Giant, a wonderful cat in need of a home.

Fred is dressed in his tux and ready to hit the town!

This beautiful 8 year old guy had to leave the only home he's known as his momma is getting older and having a hard time caring for him.  His pappa had to go to a nursing home and it just became too much for momma to deal with.  So Fred is hoping someone out there can provide him with all the love that his previous owners lavished him with.  It's evident as he favors chin scratches, head caresses and back rubs!

Fred is a big solid cat.  He will wait up with you at night and then curl up next to you in bed.  He may lounge around in bed in the morning, read the paper with you or bump your cup of coffee!  In other words, he's social with his people!

Fred has lived with other cats.  He doesn't quite understand where he is, but is very accepting.  That said, he's prefer someone to come scoop him up and take him home.  He misses sleeping with his human!

Fred is a gentle giant just waiting to leap into your heart!

Again, another irrelevant Glen comment. Perhaps, Glenn if you actually worked instead of making irrelevant, woe-is-me postings all day long, you would make more money and/or have a better job. I am sure Animals in Distress is an awesome organization. The people running and involved in these organizations are angels. I would hope that anyone wanting a pet would turn to adoption first. I always have and have found the most wonderful animals both cats and dogs.
