Intro2Hockey Register Today!

Is Your Child Interested in Learning to Play Ice Hockey?

Then the Warriors Intro2Hockey clinics are for you!

Under the direction of former Quinnipiac University and pro player Bryan Leitch, our program will take your player from the very basics of skating to actually playing the game of ice hockey! Even if your player has never skated before, our clinics will easily guide them through the fundamental skills of skating, stick handling, shooting and game play. Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place at the Hamden Hockey House located at 109 Sanford Street Hamden, CT.
Dates:

Clinic I: September 14th – October 27th

Clinic II: November 2nd – December 22nd (excluding Thanksgiving weekend)

Clinic III: January 4th – 23rd (eight weeks)

Times: Practice takes place every Saturday & Sunday with two sessions:

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.

Sunday: 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m.

Players will be assigned to sessions by age. Younger players will be placed in the earlier session. Each player will practice Saturday and Sunday at an assigned time.

For Ages: 4 - 8

Equipment: Discounted equipment packages for the Warriors Intro2Hockey clinics are available at Hamden Sports, 2858 Whitney Ave., Hamden, CT. All players will receive a free Warriors hockey jersey.

Clinic Cost:

Clinic I Cost: $210 (14 sessions)

Clinic II Cost: $210 (14 sessions)

Clinic III Cost: $240 (16 sessions)

Hockey Equipment Package

Basic Hockey Package: Cost: $ 150
Skates, Youth Helmet, Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shin Guards and Stick

All skaters are required to have this equipment to safely participate in the program. Hamden Sports (2858 Whitney Avenue Hamden CT) has both new and some used equipment available for this package.

* Hamden Sports will buy the Basic equipment package back for $100 if the player decides not to move forward and if equipment is returned in good condition.
