Can You Give Cherise a Home?

The terrier mix is one of the dogs up for adoption at Newtown Animal Control.

She's very smart and very energetic, and she needs a new home.

Cherise is a 2- 3-year-old terrier mix who was recently found roaming in Newtown. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Animal shelter staff says she would do best in a home with no other pets.

To schedule a time to meet Cherise or any of the other dogs at call 203-426-6900.

She's a delight - I walk her on Saturdays. She does need to be the only pet in the household. She is a petite little sweetheart with lots of energy, and love to give. Thanks, Patch for putting her "out there". Lots of other great dogs at the pound, too. Come and see for yourself if you're thinking of adopting a dog!

Thank you, Jackie - it's so nice that there are volunteers who walk the dogs. Cherise is a cute pup. I have pics of Sunny, another dog up for adoption, that I will be posting soon.
