Janice Howard doesn't mind that her office has been a bit more cluttered the past few weeks.
That's because the minor inconvenience of having to move her things around has a payoff in the end -- brand new windows.
"It's really great," she says. "It's so bright in here and the windows open more than the old ones."
Howard is the director of Bethany Parks and Recreation, and her office is on the first floor.
Another upshot, the windows are energy efficient and were paid through a grant.
