Singing with the Seniors

There I was, stopping by Bethany Town Hall looking for the agendas for this week's meetings (oh, what I do for my beloved readers,) when I heard strains of Frank Sinatra coming from the Senior Center downstairs. I decided they were playing CDs during lunch and went about my business, yet, 15 minutes later while on my way out the door, I realized it wasn't the original Frank singing . . . it was  . . . could it be live singing?

Your fearless editor followed her ears (and nose - lunch smelled delicious) to the senior's room where I was greeted at the door by a man with a microphone and I  WAS SERENADED!

Yes, it's been more than a few years since that's happened, but once I overcame the weakness in my knees, I joined the party, took out my camera and got some video so the rest of you can enjoy Bob Lupi, who's wonderful voice entertained the seniors (and me!) so beautifully yesterday afternoon.

Lunch with the seniors is always a good time!
