Giving Thanks with Robin Glowa at Woodbridge Library


The holidays are fast approaching, and our favorite cooking expert is here to help! Just in time for Thanksgiving, Robin Glowa will share her recipes for healthy foods that are in season in November and suitable for your holiday table. Samples and recipes will be provided.


Robin Glowa is a food professional who specializes in teaching healthy cooking classes to adults and children. She has taught classes for the Boys and Girls Club, local Girl Scout and Brownie troops, Garden Clubs, and many Parks and Recreation departments. Robin is a holistic health counselor who received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition at Columbia University Teacher's College. A member of the Northeast Organic Farmer's Association, Robin is an organic gardener and supports the efforts of local farmers and organic food producers. Robin also writes a newspaper column called The Conscious Cook and a blog called Confessions of A Conscious Cook.
