Holiday Hors D'oeuvres with Robin Glowa


This time of year, you will most certainly be attending, or sponsoring, at least one holiday party, be it for Hanukkah, Christmas, or New Year's Eve. Robin Glowa will share her tips and recipes for some holiday hors d'oeuvres and cocktails that are sure to please everyone! Samples and recipes will be provided.


Robin Glowa is a food professional who specializes in teaching healthy cooking classes to adults and children. She has taught classes for the Boys and Girls Club, local Girl Scout and Brownie troops, Garden Clubs, and many Parks and Recreation departments. Robin is a holistic health counselor who received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition at Columbia University Teacher's College. A member of the Northeast Organic Farmer's Association, Robin is an organic gardener and supports the efforts of local farmers and organic food producers. Robin also writes a newspaper column called The Conscious Cook and a blog called Confessions of A Conscious Cook.
