It was a busy weekend in Real Estate

They keep saying the housing market is in the tank, but ask some of the area agents and they will tell you otherwise. This weekend was another busy weekend with many open houses in the Bethany, Woodbridge and Orange area.  The weather was sort of a downer, with many opting to stay in out of the dampness and rain, but I had two success stories, regardless.  Those really ready, willing and able to buy were out in force! I had a couple visit an open house and stay for over an hour, and a call back from their agent for a second showing.  During the open house, an offer came in on another listing and Sunday was a long night of presenting offers, countering and all that comes with it!  For our Orange and Woodbridge offices, which service Bethany as well, 35 open houses were conducted and on average 5 separate buying units came through.  That's a great number for sunny Sunday, let alone a rainy, miserable day!
