Jewish High School Proposes Move to JCC in Woodbridge

A published report said a merger with the Ezra Academy is also being explored.

An application will be considered by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission to establish a Jewish school at .

According to an article by the New Haven Register, the Jewish High School of Connecticut, currently located at Congregation B’nai Israel in Bridgeport, will be relocated to the JCC of New Haven, and possibly merged with the Ezra Academy, a K-8 program currently located on Rimmon Road, which would also move there.

The Register said a public hearing had been scheduled for July 23 at Woodbridge Town Hall on an application for a special permit for a change of use.

The club added new kiddie pool with new splash feature and sun shades. The club has a new full courtRead More basketball court with adjacent smaller court for younger children. Also added a volleyball court in back field. The club is offering this year a kids program for members. Come and see.
