"Last Days of the Coliseum" Fills New Haven Green Tonight

Free showing features free popcorn and an appearance from a famed WWE announcer.

Looking for something to do tonight? Here's the perfect way to spend a nice summer evening -- and best of all, it's free!

"The Last Days of the Coliseum," a documentary about the demise of the New Haven Veterans Memorial Coliseum produced by Rich Hanley, will be shown on a giant screen tonight at 8 p.m. on the New Haven Green.

The evening will feature trivia contests, free popcorn and dancing. In addition, World Wrestling Entertainment announcer Howard Finkel, who announced many WWE events at the Coliseum, will be on hand to talk to fans and watch the flick.
