Resources Available to Residents Affected by Storm

Woodbridge and Bethany residents can get help if they need it.

Residents who want an update from town officials, or maybe just a hot cup of coffee, have a place to turn to.

The , 44 Peck Road, is open to storm-affected residents. Coffee and doughnuts are available, and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is there to provide information and resources.

The building has a shower, and it is available to those who are in desperate need - just bring a towel.

In Woodbridge, the shelter has cleared out, but Nancy Pfund, youth services director, said help is only a phone call away. If the shelter is needed, they will gladly reopen it. Also, for those with no access to water, there are emergency water supplies available at Wodbridge Town Hall, the Center Gym/Senior Center, Beecher Road School and Amity High School.
