Who Got the Power?
Areas of Bethany have been lighting up a little at a time all evening.
Four days into the blackout caused by the October nor'easter, power is finally starting to return to areas of Bethany. Woodbridge, which is served by United Illuminating, was almost fully restored yesterday, with only two residents currently without power.
As of 8 p.m. Wednesday evening sections of the following roads had electricity:
Falls Road, Northrup Road, Old Fairwood Road, Bethmour, and the trailer park on Rt. 63.

The CL&P map indicates that 92 percent of the town is still without power.
