250th ANNIVERSARY CHURCH TALK

The Bethany Historical Society will host its fall program on Friday, November 1, 2013 at
7:00 pm at the Congregational Church Parish Hall, 511 Amity Road, Bethany.  Church Historian Michael Pownall will deliver
a talk entitled, “Christian Soldiers: Making Straight the Way at Bethany
Congregational” on the occasion of the church’s 250th anniversary.  Tours of the church start at 6:00 pm and the
lecture begins at 7:00 pm.  All are
welcome and admission is free.
