Join members of the CT Beekeepers' Association as they guide you through the steps of assembling a new hive for your bees. If you're truly a novice, a follow up talk on backyard beekeeping will be given at the Ansonia Nature Center, 1pm.
The American Honey Princess will also be on hand at both events to talk about her experience maintaining her apiary and providing honey tasting (at the farm).
