Gentle Yoga

This Wednesday morning class is extra gentle, focusing on balance, building strong legs and core for back support, posture,  and movement and circulation for joints and glands.  Meditative work with the breath teaches relief from stress to inner peace.  Caring class.   Questions?yogadiane@gmail.com for complete schedule.
