Bethany Food Drive to benefit the Connecticut Food Bank

Bethany Boy Scout FOOD DRIVE
Bethany Boy Scout Troop 59 is holding a Food Drive to benefit the Connecticut Food Bank on Saturday, April 14.  This is part of the Boy Scout’s National Good Turn for scouting mission.  The Scouts will distribute bags on April 7 to all households in Bethany and will collect them curbside on April 14 starting at 9 AM.  You may also bring donations to the Bethany Town Garage (next to the Recycling Center) on Amity Road from 9 AM to 12 noon.  Donations of non-perishable food items, such as canned meats, peanut butter, tuna fish, cereal, canned vegetables, pasta, etc would be appreciated.  (no glass please)
