Lake Whitney Water Treatment Plant Tour

Reliable drinking water is something that is easily taken for granted — an ample supply of high-quality water is always available from the tap. National Drinking Water Week has been celebrated every May for over thirty years to educated people about their drinking water. This May, come learn about the process that 400,000 of our customers rely on everyday for clean drinking water.
Registration is required and limited to 20 people. Please call 203-401-2654 by May 8th to register. Photo identification will be required to enter the facility and minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Participants will need to be able to climb stairs and stand for approximately one hour.

Participants will meet in the parking lot of the treatment plant located at 900 Whitney Avenue in Hamden.
