Naugatuck Valley Community Corporate Cup Kickoff Event at Griffin Hospital

Those who have never participated in the Corporate Cup are invited to attend the Kickoff to find out what it's all about and previous participants are invited to learn about the exciting changes to this year's program.

Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome

The Naugatuck Valley Community Corporate Cup is an annual series of competitive events designed to encourage the employees of Valley businesses to improve their lifestyles by providing a fun incentive for participants to improve their health and fitness. Businesses have the option of registering for individual events or taking advantage of the savings offered by a full registration, which includes one team for each event. There is no limit to the number of teams allowed; each company choosing the full registration option may enter as many teams as theyd like. The highlight of the Corporate Cup is the "Healthy Team" competition during which co-workers team up to earn points through exercise, diet, participation in health education activities, and by eliminating high-risk habits such as tobacco use. All Healthy Team participants receive a free membership to the Valley YMCA for the duration of the event.
