Amy M. Werden, 64, of Ansonia, died Wednesday, May 28th in Griffin Hospital, Derby.
Ms. Werden was born Aug. 2, 1949, in Derby, daughter of the late Joseph and Marian (Stevenson) Matika.
She graduated from Seymour High School in 1967 and had a long career with the Connecticut State Police serving as a dispatcher from 1973 to 2003, as a receptionist for five years at the academy and later as an office assistant at Troop I in Bethany.
Besides her parents, she was pre-deceased by her sister, Margo Heyer. All services are private. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, Southbury.
