Cops: CT Bankers Offering $2K Reward in Woodbridge Bank Robbery

The robber took two bags of cash from Citizens Bank on Aug. 7.

 

The Connecticut Bankers Association is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man who , according to a statement released Thursday afternoon by the Woodbridge Police Department.

Surveillance photographs showed a man dressed in white painter's clothes vault across the teller's desk while brandishing a gun. He left the bank with two bags full of cash and was last seen heading down Amity Road toward New Haven.

The Connecticut Bankers Association maintain an active website, Most Wanted in Connecticut, dedicated to tracking suspects in bank robberies and other crimes.
