Couple Arrested in Reported Domestic Dispute

Police say they responded to the Dayton Road residence in Bethany after receiving a 911 hang up call.


A 26-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested on March 25 following a reported domestic dispute on Dayton Road in Bethany.

Police responded to the house at 5:11 p.m. after receiving a 911 hang up call, according to the report provided by Connecticut State Police at Troop I in Bethany.

Police charged Trevon Emery, of Bethany, with:

  • third-degree assault
  • interfering with an emergency call
  • disorderly conduct

Shayna Miller, of New Haven, was charged with:

  • third-degree assault
  • disorderly conduct

Both were released on a $2,500 non-surety bond, police said.
