DUI Arrest in Woodbridge

Feb. 23 at 3:00 p.m. Woodbridge police officers responded to multiple calls about an erratic driver who was observed swerving, crossing the center line, and using multiple lanes. Steven Michael Gagney, 22, of South Main Street, Seymore, was stopped on Rimmon Road at the Seymour line. Police administered the usual standardized tests, all of which Gagney failed.
He was arrested and brought to the and charged with Failure to Renew Registration, Evading Responsibility, Operating Under the Influence and Failure to Obey a Stop Sign. He posted a $500 bond and was given a court date of March 3.
