Update: 23-Year-Old New Haven Man Dies In Woodbridge Crash
Michael Cobb, 23, of New Haven died today in a crash on Rt. 66.
A press release from the Woodbridge Police Department:
The Woodbridge Police Department continues to investigate a one-car motor
vehicle accident which occurred at approximately 4:05 a.m. this morning, on Rt.
69 (Litchfield Turnpike) in the area of Bond Road.
The initial investigation has determined that the vehicle, a 2001 Buick Century,
was traveling south on Rt. 69 when the operator lost control of the vehicle at
which time it left the highway and struck a tree. The vehicle was extensively
damaged and the operator was pronounced dead at the scene.
The operator has been identified as Michael Cobb, age 23, of 1499 Ella Grasso
Blvd., New Haven, CT.
