Man Arrested on a Warrant for Larceny, Released to Monroe PD Who Also Have Warrant For His Arrest

Sept. 14, Woodbridge police arrested William Horlacher, 65, of Whalley Avenue in New Haven, on a warrant stemming from an incident that took place June 21, 2011, at Amity Bike Shop. Horlacher was charged with larceny 4 and issuing a bad check. He posted a $10,000 bond, but was released to the Monroe Police Department who picked him up to process for a warrant in their town. Horlacher had a court date of Sept. 28 for his Woodbridge offense.
