October Police Blotter: Trespassing, Pot Arrests

Arrests in Woodbridge from October also include a DUI charge for a woman who allegedly struck mailboxes.

 

October 10, 2:36 p.m.

Police arrested Ryan DelBuono, 28, of New Haven after stopping his car on Litchfield Turnpike. Allegedly smelling marijuana, the officer searched the car and found a marijuana baggie, according to the report. (Police say DelBuono's license was also suspended.) DelBuono was charged with posession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and operating with a suspended license.

October 21, 6:36 a.m.

Police stopped a car allegedly swerving and striking mailboxes on Litchfield Turnpike. The driver -- Victoria Perez, 22, of Waterbury -- was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and operating without license or insurance. According to police, Perez became combative while being booked.

October 25

Police arrested Joseph D'Angelo, 25, of Woodbridge. Police say he trespassed on a neighbor's yard and damaged the owner's property. He was charged with Breach of Peace, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass.
