Police: Injuries in Park Lane Family Dispute
Police say a 911 hangup call led them to a domestic disturbance.
According to reports from the Woodbridge Police Department, a 911 hangup call placed around 9 p.m. on the night of Sept. 23 sent police responding to a home where a family dispute resulted in facial injuries.
Police say when they arrived at a Park Lane home to respond to the call, they discovered a physical altercation had caused the call to be interrupted. According to reports, the victim sustained facial injuries, and a minor child was present during the incident.
Police arrested Clark Chappel, 46, of Minnesota. Chappel was charged with 3rd-degree Assault, Risk of Injury to a Minor, Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with an Emergency Call. He was released after posting $10,000 bond.
