Woodbridge Police are actively investigating the robbery of TD Bank at 128 Amity Road.

Police said two men entered the bank around 12:40 p.m. on March 12 and demanded money from a teller. A weapon was implied but not displayed, according to Woodbridge Police Sgt. Frank Cappiello.

One of the suspects demanded money from a teller, while the second suspect kept other bank employees and customers from interceding, police said.

The suspects are described as black males wearing all black clothing and masks.  They fled in a tan colored vehicle with a New Jersey registration. The vehicle was waiting outside the bank, police said, and was last seen heading south on Amity Road into New Haven.

Police said an undetermined amount of cash was taken.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Woodbridge Police Department at 203-387-2512.
