Harvey Strode, 29, of no known address, was apprehended by West Haven police yesterday and turned over to Woodbridge headquarters for a warrant stemming from an incident that took place Sept. 15, 2010 at State Employees Credit Union on Amity Road. Strode was charged with five counts of forgery in the third degree and one count of larceny in the fifth degree. Strode was unable to make his $3,000 bail, and was brought to court in New Haven this morning, May 11.
