Here is an arrest report from the Woodbridge Police Department.
Disorderly conduct
Woodbridge police were dispatched to 11 Landin St. on a report of a fight between four males, Aug. 29 at 8 p.m.
During the investigation, officers approached David Fasano, 56, of 24 Whiting Farm Road, Branford, who was sitting in his car.

Fasano reportedly said, “Who are you?” to the uniformed officers, and rolled up his window as they attempted to question him.
Fasano allegedly gave the officers a hard time as they tried to take his keys away and he shouldered one officer in the upper body, and resisted, and refused to follow instructions.

He was charged with resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.
Fasano was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 7.
