Boy Scouts will lead in the Pledge of Allegiance, and Kathy Barkin will sing the National Anthem. Frank Calistro plays Taps. First Selectman Ed Sheehy, State Rep. Themis Klarides and State Senator Joseph Crisco are slated to speak. Navy Retired Cmdr. Daniel Russbach will welcome the audience and offer closing remarks.
The Rev. Sara Penn-Strah will lead the invocation and offer a benediction.
