Other facts

For Rosa, her work has been and will always be about helping people. Since coming to Congress, she has built a reputation as a hard-working, passionate, and forthright advocate for her constituents, an honest broker who works with members of all parties, and a leader on matters of domestic and social policy. She has helped improve schools, bring tax relief to middle-class families, protect employee pensions, and encourage job creation in Connecticut.

Heard this one? "Republicans want to take away your social security!" If so, then you are a victim of terrorism. It happens every October before an election. In reality, the real threat to social security is Rosa DeLauro. She is among those radical extremists who want to see the system buckle and crash, spilling millions of needy and poor into the gutter. Helpless victims living at death's door in utter squalor is a power trip for her and other extremists. Just like her roommate Rahm Emmanuel, she never lets a crisis go to waste, but uses victims as cheap props to gather more power for herself, while handing out big taxpayer subsidies to big campaign donors with corporate headquarters in foreign lands. That's why we must denounce terrorism! We must resist extremism! And we absolutely must defeat DeLauro and all partisan hacks in government! Only then can Social Security be saved, and the promises made to all who paid a lifetime into the system shall be kept.

Last Feb DeLauro promoted the Soc. Sec.tax cut extension as the "CENTERPIECE" of her jobs plan, putting--$14/week!--back in the paycheck of the average worker. Here’s her Social Security "plan" on her website: “Rosa believes we must protect the programs that provide necessary services for CT’s senior citizens. She has pushed for cost-of-living increases to Social Security “. So she panders for votes by highlighting her spending--but says NOTHING about what must be done to keep Soc Sec solvent! McMahon has stipulated that any changes to Soc Sec should be done in a “bipartisan” fashion—something DeLauro has proved incapable of, preferring partisan ranting. McMahon also stated she would not support changing benefits for current retirees: “We cannot continue doing things the way we are doing with Social Security. We’re just simply going to be bankrupt.” Ryan’s proposal, which DeLauro denounced, preserves the existing Soc Sec program for those 55+; offers workers under 55 the OPTION of investing 1/3rd of current SS taxes into personal retirement accounts—identical to the Thrift Savings Plan ALREADY available to Fed employees. His plan makes the program solvent by combining a more realistic measure of growth in SS’s initial benefits, with an eventual rising of the retirement age. DeLauro’s grand plan for preserving Social Security? In her own words: “It will never become insolvent.” (Aug 11, 2010 in New Haven, celebrating S. S.’s 75th anniversary)

Where is mention of Rosa's BIGGEST achievement? No, not the Ledbetter Act, that gift to her biggest campaign donors, the ambulance-chasing tort lawyer. I mean TARP! Does anyone remember she voted for TARP? Rosa DeLauro bailed out the biggest, richest bankers and rewarded them for killing our economy? Oh, she moaned about it, and complained about the vast bonuses those Wall Street crime lords took out of tax payer money. What did Rosa do about it? NOTHING! She did nothing! Rosa blew a lot of hot air, but let the Wall Street mafia steal our houses and tax money and reward themselves with the most profitable years in banking history! And Rosa was rewarded, too. In the years 2009 to 2011, Rosa magically tripled her net worth, grabbing $4 million, while the rest of us lost 40% of our wealth. According to her office, she was worth $6 million in 2011. What does that mean? She gets paid $150,000 a year. How does she go from $2 million in 2006 to $6 million in 2011? Its called being a hypocritical servant of the 1%! Rosa was instrumental in Wall Street's crime spree in 2008! She deserves NOTHING from us! She committed crimes against every single American!

Romney eliminates one of Rosa DeLauro’s few talking points: “Big Oil”: http://thehill.com/blogs/e2-wire/e2-wire/260167-romney-open-to-nixing-oil-industry-tax-breaks Do you have anything else to talk about, Rosa?

Rosa DeLauro has one of the worst voting records in Congress. In the last four years, she has voted for cap and trade, cash for clunkers, the $787 billion "stimulus," Obamacare, and card check, and the theft of $716 billion from Medicare to pay for Obamacare. Any self respecting business would swiftly fire an employee as incompetent as this. The taxpayers of the 3rd Congressional District cannot afford two more years of this socialist clown.

Rosa DeLauro EXPOSED! http://RosaDeLauroExposed.wordpress.com/ Rosa DeLauro: At the televised “debate” on WFSB: Her answers all were virtually identical to those she gave last Sunday at a church-sponsored forum on poverty—even though all the questions were completely different! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vT406srfQYc&feature=share&list=PL5wsVsNCEygo6rCWCN2jlOCRO1R0jUpa0 Notice that she has a binder to look up answers while Winsley is talking. After 22 years you'd think she wouldn't need it to be an open-book exam. Delauro: creating jobs means getting constructions unions to get my support for govt-paid "infrastructure" TEMPORARY jobs. Winsely: "You can't love jobs but hate job creators [i.e. business]". Re. New Haven violence, DeLauro: childproof locks on guns. Winsley: give kids role models and a future. Re. illegal immigration, Winsley: "America has always been a welcoming nation...We're a nation of immigrants...It should be as difficult to enter the US as it is to enter a Holiday Inn: we all have to check in." Debate format was too short to address ObamaCare adequately, but you can read plenty here: http://RosaDeLauroExposed.wordpress.com/

That's just the tip of Rosa's iceberg. The American Titanic hit that thing in 2006 and its been listing like crazy ever since. If Rosa is reelected, the whole outfit slides beneath the icy waters of bankruptcy, extreme poverty, and death for millions of seniors. During her time as chairwoman of the Agricultural appropriations subcommittee, she doled out $120,000,000,000 a year in subsidies to all her campaign donors in the big Agro industries. Small farmers were being killed. Big corporations were snapping up bankrupted family farms using money Rosa gave them! Her ethanol subsidies diverted millions of tons of grain from North Africa, which led to mass starvation and the Arab Spring revolutions. A sickle of death and poverty has swung across America and around the world DIRECTLY as a result of Rosa's activities in Congress. But hey! At least Rosa will be in power! Power is everything for her! She doesn't care if every single one of us are thrown into the gutter, as long as she gets to control the flow of sewage!
