Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeals Explained

Ever wonder what rules govern the local Zoning Board of Appeals?

The answer to that question and much more will come Monday when Attorney Marjorie Shansky discusses those rules and regulations with the Woodbridge Zoning Board of Appeals.

The discussion will start at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 10, in the Central Meeting Room of Woodbridge Town Hall. The special meeting will precede a regularly scheduled meeting in which the Woodbridge ZBA will consider the following:

  • Betsy S. Hoos, 8 Hollow Oak Road — requesting a variance to allow setbacks of 1.9 feet and 13.7 feet when 15 feet is required for a shed.
  • Peter LaTronica, 180 Amity Road — requesting a variance to allow front yard setbacks of 34.1 feet and 62.2 feet where 60 feet and 110 feet are required for a pergola.
Woodbridge Town Hall is located at 11 Meetinghouse Lane.
