The following property transfers were recorded in the Town Clerk's Office at Bethany Town Hall.
- 227 Cheshire Road, sold to STORE Master Funding III, LLC by Best Friends Pet Care Inc., $678,478.
- Lot 11 Bethany Park, 1070 Amity Road, sold to Eugene F. Luzietti by the Estate of Genevieve V. Luzzietti, $10,727.
- 619 Bethmour Road, sold to William J. and Diane M. Harkness by Robert F. Coe and Ellen G. Coe, $115,000.
- 16 Country Lane, sold to Ali and Fazeleh Golbazi by Ronna M. Brier, $610,000.
