Amity's baseball season may have ended in a painful loss last night in the Class LL semifinals to Newington (6-5 in 10 innings with story to follow later this morning) but the region was still winning on a much higher level. Yesterday the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft announced Jason Esposito of Bethany is a second round pick for the Baltimore Orioles.
