Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run & JCC Health & Wellness Fair

The JCC is hosting the 2nd annual Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run presented by Marcum on Sunday, September 23. It’s fun for the whole family!  The festivities begin with a Kids Run at 9 a.m. and the Bagel 5K Run, a USA Track & Field certified course, at 9:30 a.m.

In conjunction with the Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run, the JCC is hosting a Health & Wellness Fair featuring lectures, health assessments, and fitness demonstrations. All are welcome to enjoy free samples of the JCC’s most popular programs including Zumba, TRX and Spinning. The JCC Health & Wellness Fair is Sunday, September 23 from 8 a.m. -
