Yoga Builds Strong Bones: 5 Weeks of Yoga Basics

5 weeks of gentle yoga, focusing on posture, weight-bearing asanas, and breathing techniques which help maintain and build bone strength as well as overall health and well-being. Classes oriented to beginners, with modifications for those with physical limitations. Stretch, balance, strengthen, reduce stress, relax, and learn the powerful principles of yoga's 5000 year-old tradition.
