Beth-Wood Baseball Makes Donation to Woodbridge

The Beth-Wood Baseball League presented their annual donation to the Town of Woodbridge. The $3,000 check, given by the League’s Board President, Dwight Roland, is to help the Town maintain the baseball fields and to cover any overtime put in by the Woodbridge Parks Department to ensure the smooth operation of the League’s baseball season.

League registration is open for children between the ages of 4-12 until April 25. Parent can register their children at http://www.bethwoodbaseball.com/.

This is Beth-Wood Baseball’s 42nd year. The League’s Opening Day Ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on April 26 at the Town Center Green. The event will start with a parade of players. The Woodbridge Volunteer Fire Association will have fire trucks on display and will provide hot dogs and hamburgers for the crowd.
