Help Teach Prison Inmates Life Skills

If you're looking for a volunteer opportunity, Connecticut Thresholds is seeking people interested in helping inmates obtain healthy problem solving skills.

Connecticut Thresholds teaches a five-step decision-making process to interested inmates in Connecticut's prisons.

The organization is seeking volunteers interested in helping adult or youth inmates learn to make decisions, solve problems and gain control over their lives, according to the Connecticut Thresholds website.

A two-day training will take place in August. No previous experience is required. Visit the Connecticut Thresholds event listing for more information.
