Woodbridge Rotary Celebrates 40 Years

New board installed

The Woodbridge Rotary Club held its 40th anniversary dinner Wednesday evening at Carmine Tuscan Grill in New Haven. A new Board of Directors was installed. Andy Skolnick is the board's new president. Also sworn in were: Past President Carol Yingling; Secretary  Louise Ford; Treasurer Ed Maloney and Directors David Joel, Michael Lohne, Jan Day, Anna Dickerson and Vincent Lazzaro.

Past President and Director David Joel officiated over the installation of the officers including that of Skolnick, who is an attorney with Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg and Knuff in Milford. Skolnick said that one of his first goals will be to promote membership.

The Rotary is an organization of businesses and professional persons united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.  The Woodbridge Rotary Club’s membership consists of professionals who live or work in Bethany, Woodbridge or the Westville section of New Haven.
