Tuesday, Aug. 20

The Common Cause in Connecticut is hosting an informational event at 6 p.m. at Wheelers Market-Cafe, 180 Amity Road, Woodbridge. Visit the event listing for complete information.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

Opie’s World is a program to promote outdoor recreation and appreciation of nature. The family friendly event will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Maltby Lakes Recreation Area.

The New Haven Chorale is hosting auditions from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the Educational Center for the Arts, 55 Audubon St., New Haven.

Saturday, Aug. 24

CTWE Pro Wrestling returns to Bethany at 7 p.m. for its five year anniversary event. The event will take place at 190 Luke Hill Road. Visit the event listing for more information.

Ticket prices range from $15 to $30.

Sunday, Aug. 25

An eco-walk and talk with nature experts and Pack 18 Cub Scouts will take place at 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at Brooksvale Park, 524 Brooksvale Ave., Hamden.

MELT™ workshop will take place at 11 a.m. at 360 Amity Rd., Woodbridge. The goal of the workshop is to reduce muscle tension and connective tissue tightness for musculoskeletal and nervous system balance. Visit the event listing for more information.
